Most orders are processed and despatched within 48 hours of receiving payment
- (cheques subject to clearance).

Prices

All prices shown are inclusive of the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax.

For overseas customers, GST does not apply and you will not be charged this.

Payment

We accept a number of payment options.
Credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Bankcard.

For Australian customers, we also accept cheques or money orders. Goods will be released upon receipt of cleared funds.

If however you do not wish to take advantage of this, please telephone us with your credit card details. No credit card details are ever stored in The Craft Stand's database.

Privacy Policy

Our Internet site is meant to be a service to you. In order to provide you with the best products, excellent information and quality customer service we record a variety of data from your visit to our site. We record your computer's domain name, information indicating which site pages you viewed, the address of the site you came from before visiting our site, and any search terms you used to find our site.   This information is used only to improve our web site and our service to you.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information on this site.

We also record your email address if you chose to communicate with us via email. And, should we offer an online survey, we will record any information you provide us in that survey. If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending us a message via email or postal mail or by calling us.

We promise you that WE WILL NOT SHARE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION with any outside company or third party.  Your privacy and security is our number one priority and we'd like you to be happy with the services we provide for you, our customer.

The Craft Stand disclaims any liability for any damage resulting from the use of it's website.

Shipping Policy

All shipping costs are automaticaly calculated and added to your order at time of order placement, as detailed in the current Australia Post shipping costs.

All shipments are made by Australia Post or other couriers by request. All risk of the delivery will be passed to the customer once the items have been provided to Australia Post or other courier.

Refund Policy

The Craft Stand will happily replace any damaged or faulty item at our cost within 14 days of receipt.  A replacement item will be shipped once the original item is returned to us.  Please contact us to make relevant arrangements.

You may return any goods that you have changed your mind about, at your cost, as long as the goods are unopened and the packaging still in good condition, within 14 days of receipt. You may request a refund or exchange.

All refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used. In the case of Money Orders or cheques the refund will be sent to the purchaser by way of cheque.
